AI Governance & Human Judgment
An AI system can be technically correct, legally permissible, and logically coherent — and still be culturally, emotionally, socially, representationally, or institutionally wrong. Technical teams ask whether it works; legal teams ask whether it is allowed. SEED asks whether it makes human, cultural, and institutional sense.
SEED’s working framework, JUDGE (Judgment · Use · Difference · Governance · Explanation), reads the judgment layer of an AI system: the reasoning, framing, and accountability that sit between a technically working model and a decision a human community can live with.
